Our Mobile Clinic provides onsite healthcare services, support, and telehealth access in your community.  We come to you!

We will respond to individual requests as well as community requests.  Is your family in need of care? Your church, community organization, business, or workplace?   We bring healthcare to you, right where you are!

In our Mobile Clinic, you can expect to find a caring team of healthcare professionals that offer a wide variety of services.

We are available Monday– Friday from  8am-6pm and Saturdays by appointment only.  Please call 602-359-3003 to start your appointment request.

Primary Medical Care

We provide everyday medical care for your everyday needs. Our primary care providers will conduct a brief exam and talk with you about any health concerns. We also help educate our patients about any related health conditions putting their well-being at risk. Our team is supportive, caring, and knowledgeable.

Testing

Know your status! If you are concerned about exposure to a transmissible disease including COVID-19, HIV, and other sexually transmitted infections, we can help.
Our team provides discrete, professional testing free of judgment and, in many cases, free of cost.

Vaccines

Get up-to-date on your vaccinations!
We can help you get protected from COVID-19 and several other vaccine-preventable illnesses. Our team is ready to educate and support you in getting fully protected.

Counseling Services

Our counselors are trained professionals delivering trauma-informed and evidence-based treatment for most kinds of mental health conditions.
We provide highly personalized care plans with options for parents, families and group support, along with short-term therapy options.

Substance Use Treatment

We offer substance use treatment services to meet your needs, guiding you through your recovery journey.
We understand that everyone’s needs and circumstances are unique. Complete an initial assessment with one of our behavioral health providers to help you map a path to healing and recovery.

We offer psychiatric services for adults, adolescents, and children. Our onsite behavioral health experts can answer questions, schedule appointments and conduct an initial assessment.
We can also coordinate quick referrals for a telehealth or in-person appointment with a psychiatric provider at one of our convenient locations.

All services deemed medically necessary will be billed to the insurance company. All other services will be billed to the patient. Some patients may qualify for a sliding fee discount.
