HIV & STI Testing
We offer assessment and free testing, education sessions, referral to PrEP and PEP (as a part of other program activities), in a confidential environment and by an affirming team. Our free tests include rapid HIV and Hepatitis C testing, and testing for Syphilis, Chlamydia, and Gonorrhea. Our testing process takes about 30 minutes. HIV and Hep C tests require a small amount of blood through a finger prick. Syphilis is completed through a blood draw. Chlamydia and Gonorrhea tests are completed through a urine specimen.
The Morning Program
The Morning Program is a community outreach and feeding program for homeless and near-homeless individuals, focusing on HIV and substance-misuse prevention. There are no sobriety requirements for participants. Individuals attending two or more sessions can be eligible for bus passes, showers, clothing exchange and resource navigation. Individuals are also assisted in getting connected to resources and housing assistance.
The Ryan White Early Intervention Program
The Ryan White Early Intervention program provides HIV medical care referrals to newly diagnosed individuals and for persons living with HIV/AIDS who have fallen out of care and need to reengage in medical treatment. We provide navigation, linkage to care, and referrals to other agencies to help with Case Management, Housing, Dental Services, and much more. These services are provided regardless of insurance status.
The Turning the Tide Program
Turning the Tide, also known as T3, is a program that caters to the transgender, gay & bisexual community by providing mental health and/or substance abuse support through Care Navigation and Support groups. We can support you in navigating the healthcare system and to live your healthiest life. T3 services are free and provided regardless of immigration status.
